Farmers Branch is a good solid skatepark. Often our first businesses fail, but what matters is that we learn from our failures and succeed later with that gained knowledge.

A lot of Skate companies have artists that do the designs and they get royalties. Some of the reason why Skateboarding is so great is the Artistic aspect of the products, the unique designs and drawings. Even some of the small Logos were desinged by very experienced Artists. I went to some Design classes in college, it was crazy to learn about Graffic Design and how even simple Designs can become popular and appealing.

Been watching your videos for years. As an "O.G." skater and being familiar with the industry I think you are making a great decision. 🙂....looking forward to upcoming apparel!!! 👊

Dude an idea is a beautiful thing. Your skateboards look sick ESPECIALLY because they are different than others. Don't ignore your good ideas. They are what make your brand unique and ultimately what will make it successful. I'm sure you won't ruin progress daily if you make it more you than it already is. I think it would be better.

Very intelligent transition. This new brand can also help the current skateboard brand in the long-term through shared resources now made available because of the larger growth potential in the anime focused brand.

Doesn't using recognisable characters such as Hisoka, Yuji and Power somewhat infringe on copyright. Are you licensing the use of these characters or hoping the change of style makes the pieces fall under 'fair use'? Just curious as I've also been on a similar endeavour and had to make a lot of work arounds to avoid an future legal issues.

I like most of your designs, but i am not into anime at all. the main reason i don't order shirts like this is because i prefer stiched logos much more than prints that look all cracked after a half year or so. especially the small minimalistic prints in one color could be stiched as well for 10 dollars more.

As a skateboarder and a T-shirt wearer, I can tell you I will never wear a shirt that says "learn to love". That's too arrogant. Think of the person who reads it. Who is the target audience? Haters? They read that shirt and they barf. Lovers? They already love. Too wimpy and meaningless. John, Progress Daily makes way more sense, and portrays a positive image. Learn to X makes assumptions and draws from the bottom. Food for thought. Otherwise I love your videos.

The more money you have the easier it'll be to have a successful skateboard company in 2022. This isn't the 90s or early 2000s anymore. Or become a well known pro and then start your own later like others have. If you don't have a lot of money why tf would any pro wanna skate on your team? No pro in his or her right mind would take peanuts from a startup skate company. You need a lot of money no matter what.

Keep the style skateboards didn't have graphics until way later if you keep the style you are doing it'll eventually catch on don't give up!

Good luck on your new endeavor but… There is a thing as diversifying too much… Building a new thing or figuring out how to grow what you have is a tough question. If you have something that has plateaued maybe the energy spent on a something new can be used to grow that thing instead of creating something that splits your attention and creative energy. Maybe it's a matter of how you think of Progress Daily being a "Skate Brand" you don't have to market to the just the skate industry. Who cares about being "core" if that's the thought of taking Progress Daily to other more commercial market places. It can still be a brand that fosters all your creative ideas.

hey! y'know Progress Daily can now be that _cool_ "unknown" brand for folks in-the-know ...kinda like 3 Block is adjacent to Revive. You can put more esoteric stuff in Progress Daily for the "inb4" crowd😸
