My favourte is when the patient puts their hand out as they want us to pour the medications into their hand. The hand is always on a severe angle and will obviously not catch any of the pills, but they insist lol

Yup or they put out the week side from a stroke or they’re shaky. When patients stick their hand out like that I say “oh no if you need them one at a time I will just hand them to you one at a time”. Or just put them one at a time directly in their mouth for them. So many meds wasted because people figure they should just put them in their hand and try to toss them in their mouth😖

I was having flashbacks of "Wayne's World" - We're not worthy scene during the whole bowing. It would be funny if the parents did momentarily transform into Wayne and Garth but I think it would be too obscure.
