There is a difference between working 20hrs for yourself and 20hrs for someone else. He wants others to work hard for him to reap maximum rewards. Even some times we had to come on sunday's. We used to work non-stop, still we were not getting any appreciation nor leaves easily. Nobody thinks about automobile service industry because there's less demand because the supply is more. Just for experience we had to work like slaves. And you casually say you don't agree with work life balance.
