Stephanie Poillucci it IS right. You can look up my comment here somewhere I explained why specifically. It is a shortcut for the German word “fantastisch” which means fantastic and the beginning is pronounced the way Erin did.

Erin you’re literally the only American pronouncing Fanta CORRECTLY, please don’t listen to the others lol. Fanta is a shortcut for the GERMAN word “fantastisch” which means fantastic and the German “a” is pronounced the way you did. Fanta obviously belongs to the American company Coca Cola, but this product specifically was developed in Germany in 1940 as a substitute for Coca Cola because there was shortage in raw materials needed for Coca Cola due to war. Hence the German name.

Lily wtf lol just because YOU didn’t find the source doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It’s the German Wikipedia article for Fanta. And unless you’re at least 80 years old and have sat in the room with the people who developed Fanta the day they came up with the name, you can’t possibly know which one is right. That cockiness and overconfidence of yours is clearly misplaced here lol

My sunglasses are always crooked too Carly, it drives all my friends crazy...but my nose is slightly crooked so what can ya do! I also say Fanta like a rich snob as a joke to my kids so you know I wasn't gonna complain lol thanks for the laughs ladies!

Carly. I used to work optical and you can usually swing into any lenscrafters and they'll adjust the nose pads and behind the ears so the fit PERFECT usually for free/for a donation to One sight their charity! 💓

@@100dreamscometrue usually yes, depends on condition and material. It's really up to shops descression, if they do they warn you if they break during adjustment they cant be held responsible.

Every time I pass by LensCrafters at the mall they always clean my lenses for free and I bought my eyeglasses from Costco. 😬

@@ThatGirlLib Hahahaha yes!! Half the people I worked with daily were adjustments/cleaning for people who didn't purchase from LC. But their parent company Luxottica literally owns like 95% of eyewear companies so odds are it's a Lux/LC product anyways.
