Alexandra Arnold is getting on the ground of one of the biggest taboos in Swiss society: salaries. By disclosing her own, Alexandra smashes the taboo and recommends procedural pay transparency as a solution for cultures and societies that are not ready yet for a salary transparency on the individual level. Alexandra is a postdoctoral research associate and lecturer at the University of Lucerne and a project leader of a Swiss National Science Foundation researching the effects of pay transparency, compensation, equal pay, trust and insecurity.
