The PC gaming space in 2024 has been kicked off with a bang! Who would have though that a game that has adorable little pokemon like creatures but with guns would take the PC gaming world by storm. This game is an absolutely adventure and I’m honestly impressed with how it was able to blend multiple elements of different titles from different genres really well without feeling lackluster, something that is quite uncommon when it comes to games. What’s also really captivating about palworld is its accessibility when it comes to hardware. The game can run on a potato and you’ll still have a great time. It’s got modest specifications requirements. I believe as PC gamers and hardware enthusiasts it gives us a good reality check that games don’t need to be pushing the graphics envelope and bringing modern components to their knees. I personally feel like we have reached a stage in terms of graphics where players aren’t yearning for devs to push and sell graphics, they’re good enough as it is and rather prioritize other aspects of their games such as gameplay mechanics, combat, the story, etc.

Early access price of $30 (discounted to $27). Cheap. PC-oriented game. Runs fine on older CPUs/GPUs. Addictive open world, crafting, and survival combat. Palworld appeals to millions of Pokemon fans, who are bored of stale Pokemon games. Conceptual win. Most importantly, Palworld is based.

I have an Intel 530 that says it's up to date but not at the 30.005 version required for Palworld. I'm saving up for a better graphics card anyway, but for now I can't run Palworld because of my lack of graphics power.

@@bleakautomaton4808 ya my pc will never be able to run palworld because it cant be upgraded other than i think the ram and thats it. im going to have to save up for a new computer. if you know the cheapest kind that can run palworld, it would be great if you can tell me.

Bro I have a GeForce gts 1650 super, 16 gigs of ram, and amd Ryzen 5 6 core cpu and I can’t play with barely 60 fps unless I’m in the lowest graphic settings possible and even then I still get frame drops

Probably yeah. Should be good. But do yourself a favour and get a 5700x ... Even on a 580 it'll be a big leap...pls

I have a amd athlon 3000G and a nvidia gtx 760 i pilfered from my old PC and Palworld will just stay blackscreened when i try to boot it does anyone know why?

760 doesn't support the instruction set required so it can't run the game. The 3000g will run it probably, but not very well ofc.

I use an acer aspire 5. (if you've used one you know they can barely be upgraded) this thing can barely load into the character creater for 3 seconds without crashing.

oh wtff, I was just watching optimus's video on this and then had yours come up and thought it was a part 2 or something, You guys sounds so much alike its weird anyways good video I definitely agree that devs should focus on making a full fledged out game rather than trying to sell their game with "realistic graphics" .

I'm all for stylisation and fun mechanics over photorealism. Big Alan Wake fan, though. Amazing storytelling and artistic vision, not just a tech demo.

As someone who bought a 7900XT to play new demanding games I don't really think it's worth it I played a few new games but after that went straight back to tf2, DBD, destinty. The most popular games on steam can be played with 1060 don't fall for the fear of missing out crap.

Yeah, you can run PalWorld at 60fps average medium settings at 1080p with an RX 580 8Gb. 'nuff said.

Playing Palworld on any all-round PC/Laptop hardware is a mixed bag. I have no issues playing Genshin Impact on a midrange Ryzen Laptop with optimized settings without hardware errors, compared to Palworld which is insanely high-spec hardware requirement which cannot optimize my laptop at all, graphics driver update issues UE errors and more. That means Hoyo Team knows how to treat and optimize old devices well with their games like Genshin and Star Rail. Playing Palworld makes them end up buying a high end hardware, future-proof laptop/PC for playing high-end games.

I have tried this game and I really enjoyed it. This will bring much needed competition with Pokemon and Nintendo. This game will also be safe form Nintendo unethical ninja Lawyers.

In developing countries, you are lucky to have a 6600XT... Plus, Nintendo has been releasing awesome games for years without the latest graphics. And lastly, the best game I have played in many years was Persona 5 (or P4 golden) which can run on a PS3.
