You can be a Cristiano fan, but criticizing European football clubs for not presenting CR7 with an offer after seeing how it ended with his previous club seems a bit wrong to me. Cristiano is the kind of guy who called Gary Neville a rat when anybody listening to Neville knows he has nothing but respect for cr7 and wants the best for him. You can't criticize him, you can't bench him, you can't substitute him while he is on the pitch, which sane manager would want that from a 37 year old player. It's not as if Cristiano is going to score guaranteed 60 goals a season hence you would put up with the petulance.

Top clubs would have accepted him but he had too much wage demands for his age and current form. If u see Zlatan, he now plays at very less wage in one of the top leagues. Money isn't everything and Ronaldo is already richest football player in the world, he should've chosen to reduce his demands and play his last years with dignity.

True, it’s probably the worst interview done by an athlete in terms of context Penaldo stated in the Piers interview that he still wanted to play in UCL because he thinks he is still good 😂, that many European clubs wanted him and that he doesn’t chase after money but for glory He literally lied about everything…what a pathetic end to Penaldo’s career 😂
