Some additional message also must be conveyed about 37.5/40 working hours. Just to compare the hours in India, the quality of those 37.5 hours is really important. The amount of work someone complete in 37.5 hours is higher than avg amount of work completed in 37.5 hours in india. This is being said in physical work (line work) and also in desk work. In India not all but chit chatting is common at work hours which so far is very less here. Employer must pay 6 months when we voluntarily resign ? are you sure? bcz when someone volentarily resign, they get unemployment money only after 3 months but this info. is quite different.
@culture_Inspired
@culture_Inspired Жыл бұрын
My intention was only to explain the working hours and not how people work. I did not mean to compare the work being done. Thanks for pointing out about resignation, I meant to say when the job contract is over as most of the Jobs here are 2 or 3 years contracts based. I will try to be more clear in my upcoming videos.

If you’re in IT field, as far as I have heard, (I’m not in IT field) you only need basic German or many people here don’t even learn German which means there are high chances for you to get a job. There’s always a huge difference working between India and Germany. Of course the tax percentage is high and in the recent times, Cost of living is going high…. But there’s a good quality of life here. You can now decide. ☺️

Hi, thank you. You need to know that with just knowing English you can get a job in Europe but you need to decide which country you would like to get a job in. Based on that you can prioritise the language. If you really wish to work in Germany, then learn German. I would say, learning the language based on the country you would like to work is better.

I don't agree. I cannot imagine working in a country struggling to speak a language and not able to integrate with the locals and their culture. We will not feel included. You will be always treated a second class citizen in that country. You will only have to live among indian community but never able to integrate with locals. I live in the UK and I for a second don't have any difficulty freely talking and integrating with local British people, just because English comes naturally for us. Never. In fact, i hold a prayer meeting in my home every month, where about 20 to 25 local British and Scottish white people come and participate. We have integrated so well in this UK culture and also become a British citizen. Also, these EU countries including Germany are opening their country only for sometime to fill their workforce vacancies. Once they are filled, they will kick out all foreigners. I don't want to live in a country struggling to speak the language freely. Besides, in smaller towns in Germany there is so much racism. Just because you have not worked in US, UK or Australia, you cannot simply say Germany has the best work culture.
@culture_Inspired
@culture_Inspired 7 ай бұрын
Hello, I can speak only about my experience here. I have never said the work culture is better than US, UK and Australia. I said the work culture is better than what I have seen in India. There’s racism everywhere. I have also heard that there’s racism in the UK from the people who have been living there for long. It’s just a matter of opinion. Language, you don’t want to speak or learn another language so you chose to stay in a country where you speak what you know. Again, it’s just your opinion. There are many Indians who speak good German than the native Germans here. They had the interest to learn, speak and live here. I’m not saying what you have written is completely wrong but it would be good if you really try to understand what the content really is and then you can write your opinion. No use of just throwing your negative thoughts here!

@@culture_Inspired Listen if you have a KZfaq channel, be prepared to take on critical comments from all angles, rather than becoming defensive and trying to prove your point and enforcing your ideas on others. You feel good about all other comments which echo your thoughts, but when you get one paradoxical comment or a different point or view, your spirit gets stirred and you start attacking. This goes to show the real you, who wants all to sing praises and worship you. You got to take in and analyse even negative comments and see the positive points in it. What do you want people to say? Germany is a bed of roses, so that you simply have more subscribers and more revenue from KZfaq? This is hypocrisy. And to your point of why I choose English speaking country, which I am comfortable - I don't understand your point. Why the hell should I learn a new European language from scratch, when I can attain a glorious and successful professional career in a English speaking country!!! This is beyond me?? Why do I have to learn a new language, just for the heck of learning it. Why the hell should I suffer struggling to learn a new European language and and ruin my career by lacking proper communication skills, unable to speak freely and ending up in a mess, rather than spending all my energy and precious time on developing my professional career. Why should one spend their precious time on a bloody new language, unless they want to do a course on literature or related career. I am a professional a doctor, why should I choose an unknown language and ruin my career. It makes no sense to me at all. Your defence doesn't stand. Honestly,, you landed up in Germany because you didn't get opportunities elsewhere. if Germany is THE safe and professional haven as you portray, why do professionals still flock to US, UK, Australia from India. All the elites still go to those countries. I don't mind you selling your point about whatever you think of Germany, but attacking different view points and opinions without critically analysing them is unreasonable. Do not talk by emotions and feelings just to reply to a comment but use facts to reply.

@@user-qg4ur4oe8j LOL! “Me landed up in Germany because I didn’t get any opportunities elsewhere”🤣 Do you even know anything about me? First of all, stop predicting/blabbering wrong things about others without having any idea. (It won’t be nice for you to hear me saying you landed up in Scotland since you were kicked out from the other places, not nice! Right? So don’t say such things to others. FYI, my work and the place I live(Germany) was once a dream to me.) Attacking is what you are doing and showing it in your comment! Not me! I stayed cool the entire time! Please see a language as a language! If English is what you need to survive, German is what I need to survive and I love to learn it. You can’t just like that show your face in a terrific way to someone and expect the person to praise you! I even regret for responding to your comments! I just realised from your comment that I have a better mind and a better life than yours so you can write whatever stories and dramas you want. Bye! I appreciate the negative comments but not the degrading mind!
