I’m going to jump in here, I’m sure it’s a safe space. I need to call out that as a cohort of stakeholders, the big reveal is actually that we’re experiencing some headwinds, yes a bit of change resistance to the mindset shift that needs to evolve, so we can unlock productivity gains and become a more diverse and inclusive corporate culture!
