My favorite lesson was appreciating the small achievements and moving slowly but steadily rather than quick success. In my life, i can better appreciate the smaller but study achievements because i recognize the consistency and dedication I put in to reach whatever the goal is.

Thank you for sharing this! It's right on time. I'm a big giver and I love giving from my overflow, and I've always worried about this. I read in a book called, "The Science of Getting Rich," and it said something in regards, "the poor does not need charity, they need inspiration. Charity only sends them a loaf of bread to keep them alive in their wretchedness, or gives them an entertainment to make them forget for an hour or two; but inspiration will cause them to rise out of their misery." thanks for what you do Mina!

Exactly, but maybe the poor is not looking for getting out of it but a new mentality to expand themselves to get what they want. Sometimes we give the wrong things to the wrong people that is why we think that "they are not prepare to recieve" or it is bc we help them that is why they became a nasty person. I think not all people are looking for the things we believe they need or want... sometimes i see this like forcing them to accept what we offer but maybe what they need is another thing which is not related to money or time.

Her book doesn't say too much more than in her free videos and her basic babe course, but she's all about making it fun and easy, and there's absolutely value in having the cliff notes all in one place. It's just how people complain a course may have so few hours of instruction, and she says it's so expensive BECAUSE she gets the lessons across in so little time.

Hi Mina, Im so glad you brought this point out. I would always treat and over tip trying to be nice, and it either attracted people who wanted to get things free or made others think i was trying to play big shot. Then, people start taking us for granted and even gifting our generosity towards their other friends. I was happy to support my sister through a tough time, and she started resenting me. I care more about the people in my life than material things, but it creates more drama than peace. Plus, i had to realize that i dont owe anyone anything.I had to train myself to not "over" anything in my life. I just pay what's required and split bills on food even though that makes me feel like a peasant. I like being generous. It make my life flow with ease. My innerwork taught me not to over compensate or try to be liked. It's not my job to expand others' concontainer. I love and appreciate you, Mina!

OMG 😢, I just realized how a recently deceased loved one struggled with the rapid overexpansion of their container. The lottery effect is too real! I also understand why I hated people who pushed me to get too far out of my comfort zone. Part of me was aware that something new needs to be broken in otherwise it's unsustainable.
@iaf4454
@iaf4454 7 ай бұрын
Generosity is not forcing people to accept it. Sometimes we think that generosity is just giving to the other person what we think they need but you realise that this person did not need what you have to offer or maybe he or she did not ask for. If a person wants sth she or he will ask for it otherwise you will feel guilty bc you forced them to accept it. I have learned this in the hard way, now I dont help people who cant tell me if they need help, that is why If I want to be generous I will go to places where they really need help, time, money. As a generous person is important to choose who need the most like children, the dissable, the older people. Otherwise you are forcing those who dont need anything to accept sth they did not ask for. You are right Mina, not all people are prepare to recieve and if you are generous be smart to choose who you going to help

Mina, thank you so much for the work you do here. I started watching your content and really transformed me, at some point I started get really annoyed because you mention frequently about your experiences of abused from childhood and then I stopped watching, some months ago I started to find out the reason why I felt so uncomfortable about this topic, I recover memories from being abused on my childhood and everything made so much sense, you sharing your story was triggering me. Now I'm already dealing with theses new discoveries with the help of a therapist and just saw this video and my soul called me to watch and you are so bright. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Reverse situation of lesson no. 5 has happened in my own life. I am levelled up, feminine woman who approaches everyone with kindness and empathy, I joined someone as an employee, who initially were very kind and glad to have me, but over the period of time I realised their stinginess and limiting beliefs and realised that were not at all match for me. Hence they sabotaged their own relationship with me by creating a drama and issues everyday.

I purchased the Basic Babe Bundle at the beginning of 2023. I had already started my inner work journey after finding Mina’s KZfaq channel and just doing my own work. The structures and advice in the basic babe bundle helped me to streamline my inner work and unlock a greater level of self-acceptance that I never felt before. I am still growing and I am so much better for it. ❤

Mina, I got your book for free!!! So, the Courier Amazon UK picked for my package messed up big time (not delivered), and Amazon refunded me, but because I felt disrespected, I decided to rightfully complain about the Courier in a Official Legal Website in my country, so the Courier had to comply and resolve it (which I was not expecting at all). They sent me the book, but by the time that happened I was already refunded. So I requested a call from Amazon and asked to be charged instead of returning the book, and they said I could keep it for free??? Holy moly, I was not expecting this!! I was definitely waiting and internally asking them to take my money, but they didn't? Please let me know if you want me to rightfully "donate" to you. I think Amazon paid for my book, but I'm not sure because I couldn't find a precise information. It said either Amazon and/or the Amazon Seller will take care of it. 😅 Thank you!

More power to you 💕 Has anyone ever told you that you look like an Indian actress Diya Mirza😍 I honestly thought that was her speaking when I first got your video a few days ago! I was wondering if you can suggest this if it’s okay to pray or even say God Bless you to anyone when they are not in front of us especially to those who have hurt us. I was doing it up until now and a couple days ago one video popped up saying you just need to let those toxic people go without having any energetic connections. Would appreciate your reply🙏🏻

I am not surprised you made this video given the videos people who are made videoes regarding your content who are obviously in a diffferent class level than you and most of us. That is why I no longer volunteer myself to give unsolicited help/advice. It is like giving pearls to swine. Especially when they can drag your name publicly. It is like trying to help someone while they are kicking you. My child is the only one that deserves that type of sacrifice from me. You have spiritual intelligence Mina. You don't need to be perfect but even if you were perfect, you will still be criticized because you are now in the public eye.
