Make sure you check out the full interview I did with RC Blakes right here! - • Why A Woman Must NEVER...
On Today's Episode:
You're worried that if you do it, you’ll lose out, he’ll move on and someone else is going to replace you. This episode is all the reasons why you should walk away anyway. Be willing to stand for yourself and hold yourself to the highest standard because you are worth so much more.
Put your self-respect first and make sure the partner you’re giving your time to has earned access to you, your heart, and your vulnerabilities.
Pastor RC Blakes is a voice for female empowerment that doesn’t dance around hard conversations and addresses the realities women are struggling with in society. He’s the bestselling author of Queenology, Father-Daughter Talks, Soul-Ties and more. He and his wife, Lisa, also host women's conferences to bring healing and power to women in search of a better version of themselves free of abuse and manipulation.
In this short clip with RC Blakes, we get a complete break down on what we lose chasing the wrong men and everything there is to gain when you’re willing to walk away, even when it hurts.
RC Blakes Wisdom:
“A wife is a woman that sets a certain standard, holds to it, and demands that I meet her at that level.’
“If you don’t know who you are you don’t know who fits into your future.”
“One of the greater tragedies of a woman that gets caught up in a situation where a man keeps circling and drawing her back in. He’s made you unavailable for the right kind of man, the right kind of love that’s ultimately seeking to find you.”

Butg women reject all the men that value them its in your dna to reject men who value you because your programmed to get the best catch possible, this means in your mind unless someone doesnt value you he must be below me, so you reject all those men and only go for the ones who dont care about you at all, best case scenario is he cheats and uses you for sex, worst case scenario is he is really abusive and ends up hurting you ! its no use saying only go with men that value you, you just wownt do that ! like EVER ! It amazes me that women dont realize this, especially when they look back at who they rejected and all those awful dispicable discusting men they slept with on the very first night !

A man i was dating asked to take a step back. I said ok. A few hours later he tried to text me. I told him he doesn't have access to me during this time, and he should stand on his word. Four days after that he text me asking did I want something I left in his car. I told him to throw it away. A month after that he sent flowers to my house on Mother's Day, we dont have children together. However, during the month I walked away, I realized I wanted more than he has to offer. I loved him and thought about him every day during that time, but that time was valuable for me to reflect.

@ice water He tried to make me jealous by posting something that appears to be him on a date. He showed him buying 2 drinks. I thought it was pathetic. Again, walking away allowed me to view the situation objectively. I require a mature man that doesn't play games. Walking away or no contact should not be a desperate attempt to win an Ex back. It is a time to invest in yourself. Trust me, it was very hard walking away from someone I love. However, I love myself too much to chase after someone that is not sure about me. I'm always going to bet on me!

I don’t think men gain perspective from distance. They immediately take up with someone else, so they don’t have any distance. The woman should still respect herself by dropping him, though.

True. They tend to rebound a lot, they don't want to or can't seem to process their emotions. But whoever dates them during this phase is not getting the best version of the man though especially if he had deep feelings for the woman that walked away.

He was never a man to begin with. Boys distract themselves with flings and fun to avoid the work of growth. Some boys are too scared to become real healthy men. Now we have a bunch of scared boys looking like men that will harm women and children instead of protecting them. They will neglect,emotionally abuse, physically abuse and more instead of protecting, supporting, loving them. They can't give it to themselves so they can't give it to others.

Lisa’s totally nailed it - if a man doesn’t want you (or offers commitment) within a certain time-frame, WALK AWAY. Don’t waste your life ‘waiting’ - get on with your life and he’ll see what he’s missing. And (from experience) if he doesn’t capture you, he’ll be the loser. Guaranteed.

@tatina3
@tatina3 Жыл бұрын
@sabajahangir1588 don't demand it. Discuss commitment with him and what it means to you both, tell him where you would like for your relationship to go and what you would like for your future in general (marriage, children, etc.), then listen to his side, and if the two don't match and there is no room for compromise, release each other. Demanding won't get you anywhere, it's counterproductive and sets a very bad tone for the relationship as a whole.

Ladies Ima be honest…take what these dating coaches say with a grain of salt. I’m so confused as to how his love story is “beautiful”…a good woman took a chance on a serial cheater and he told her he didn’t wanna marry her..only to change his mind when he realized that she can pull a “high value” man. Dating men involves so much mental gymnastics….why can’t i love you 100% without you getting weirded out. The more i talk to married women..and single women the more i don’t see men as worth it. When you ask men why they are bitter towards women it’s always something around money or the woman having emotions and asking them to have accountability. Weeding out a gold digger is not rocket science…men are willfully ignorant cuz they want that chase and subconsciously desire women who don’t want him. If Blakes wife remained single…he would have never wanted her back but because he saw the caliber of man she can pull…now she’s a queen. Men care more about the opinion and values of other men than what woman is best for them

@@the_professional007 and this is where good girls go wrong. They don’t understand the power of negotiations, think they are being “mean” and so don’t do this, so the man comes back easily and thinks he could have done better. A critical ingredient to love is feeling like you did the best you could and nature has a beautiful way of pairing people up with the best they can get. The amount of our crap the other person is willing to take is a sign they are not our equal. Why many men marry the girl that walked away…

@@AkireMaru if a girl takes him back like nothing has happened....she is being mean towards herself, it is going to affect her self esteem, her value will drop even in her own eyes (in his also). I am 41, have done "the work" on myself for over 2 decades now and still do not attract the right person or anyone at all. SO MANY people die alone without ever meeting the right person, just a lot of wrong ones.

Chasing a woman versus Pursuing a woman. When he highlighted the difference, it really resonated with me. It's funny I've focused more energy on toxic situations with a guy that was chasing and it devolved into a game of tom and jerry...And yet there is one guy who has been pursuing me in a very calm and soft manner. And this has me really trying to focus on my own healing and learning what is the right type of attention for me. The right person comes on time, not before nor after.

Don’t try this at home folks. He got lucky that Lisa and God have him another chance. Most people (man or woman) wouldn’t go back to someone who rejected commitment with them, especially if they were with a millionaire who MIGHT have given them what they wanted. Funny how things look “shinier” when someone else wants it. It’s a dangerous game to play that many lose.

We as women have all been hurt in some way. I desire to be married and loved correctly! We must take the time to heal correctly and allow God to remove and fill any void that in within. Also our words are conduits to what we sow into our life. If that’s all you say that you’re not going to find love and there is no love for you. That is exactly what you get.. Let’s use our words and thoughts wisely! They are so expensive!💕

I love this, you are 💯 percent correct, life and death is in the power, of the tongue. Everything isn't like a microwave oven, so I believe if one look at self, and began to know their value, and their worth, they'll then begin to attract, what God has for you then, because everything that trys to attach itself too you too fast, isn't always good for you. That's when discernment should comes in. It's always signs we just don't pick up on them, or we avoid them. That's when we get hurt. ( Perception) is off. Thanks for sharing.😊

Miss Monica I agree with you, and this is the best thing, I feel that I had feelings for a guy and the problem is communicating. And he doesn't realize that a good woman standing under his nose. Like a said someone will snatched her from beneath him..when you walk away from him, He's the loser, I'm the winner. Cause he had a good woman that really loves ❤️ him. Now he's the pitiful one. Don't pass up the good ones, for the bad ones.

I was in a relationship and he was verbally abusive, No matter how I begged him to stop. It wasn’t my fault, it was him acting on pain from his past relationships. I talked to him about his past, I gave him the offer to leave me if he wasn’t ready. He told me he was over his past and acted right for a week. I finally blocked him with tears in my eyes. He called my mom, and I wouldn’t talk to him. 2 months later ( with no communication) He called me, apologized, acknowledged his ways, and we are now happy. He expressed he understood why I did what I did, but couldn’t stop thinking about me. I had listened to RC BLAKES teaching about the power to walk away, it’s for games, it’s not to taunt, it’s for clarity for the both of you. I must admit I wasn’t surprised he called, we had a connection, and truth be told, I thought about him daily, but for me and my sanity, I couldn’t take the verbal abuse. We are GOOD now, and he’s a lot more mindful of his words. THANK YOU RC for all your teachings. I don’t have anyone to teach me what you do, so I THANK YOU

My ex finance got with someone else and said he was going to marry her. I said okay and walked away!!!. It Hurt like HELL I healed/healing !!!! He didn't come back and I'm glad I didn't stay he didn't love me after all. But his mother is reaching out to me now and I know his marriage was a power move and i was expected to beg and make a fool of myself. I didn't respond to the mother. I didn't realize he was narcissistic while I was in it. Spirit made me reject his projected tramua he would play. It took me years to leave. I am like a spiritual warriors now. I decided to not be bitter but it was a lot of mental work, and many tears and sleepless nights but I love who I am without him. I knew he wasn't for me but I gave him too many opportunities and for that I hold myself accountable.

This has been unbelievably hard but not for the same reasons. After 27 years of marriage with an abusive Narcissist I've found myself alone. He finally broke me (which I unwittingly allowed.) And he secretly moved onto another woman. One day my world was turned upside down after discovering this. I do NOT want him back. But the long connection between us leaves me so vulnerable and desperate on occasion. Not desperate to have him back but desperate to know I'm still valuable. When in truth, I know I was always valuable & he still doesn't deserve me. I've grown more in a few months than the last decade. I just NEED to let go of my desire to feel valid to this man.

Gosh I hurt for you sis! From my understanding a person like that will never give you what u deserve! You know u are valuable and just remember it’s not you. It’s him, I know it sounds crazy but he knows I are valuable , that is why he treated you the way you did to make u think you weren’t! You were his bait he knows he isn’t valuable!! You will be waiting until death to receive that validation from him. I went through something a little similar and still trying to pin point when someone is a narci! I always wanted validation from him and he came to someone that wasn’t broken and knew I was able to validate myself. I wanted it from him and know till this day, I will never get it! They are beneath us’ I hope this helps and hope it makes sense!

Your story is an excellent example of why women should abandon ship ASAP when there's a red flag (instead of ignoring said red flag). It sounds like a sunk cost fallacy. You put nearly three decades into a person, so you're trying to get some return on your investment even though he couldn't care less about you. Sounds like he shouldn't have even gotten three months.

I agree with you completely- I was in a situation where I loved him - he told me he love me as well as he was showing me differently and was not communicating with me, hiding, lying and opening up about certain things. So I decided I deserved to be treated much better than that and I walked away, I prayed that if he wanted me he would reach out to me.

I'm sorry you had went through this as well. My exact story. I just left a guy who treated me the same way. He love bombed me. His communication was not the best in the beginning. That was my red flag. I expressed interest in him because he was so called nice guy since college. However, he was not the same guy with ne. Everyone thinks he is so great. I know the real him. He is attention-seeking, Mr. Social media, always on the scene. That was why I did not like him in college. Definitely a lot of kessons learned. I will not tolerate that behavior again. I would rather be by myself.
