Yes. 87 3.8 stroker eurosnakes & SS Xaust. Sounds same with more Snarl and a bit more determination. Computers only tell what you want, not what to do. Analog and a stick (Short shift is nice) and I never need the "other" radio that only plays "Music"...ya right.

I've owned my 635CSI (manual trans) for 13 years. It's been a wonderful joy to own. Never given me trouble, never any unexpected problems, never any unreasonable repair costs, it's just a great and enjoyable car to own, drive, and maintain. Not the fastest car in the world, but with the manual transmission the M30 engine is fun to play with due to the sound and the way it feels. Feels so smooth and strong from 3k rpm and up, before long you're over the speed limit even though it only has 181 horsepower. The S38 has 256hp and I imagine that would be amazing - though the S38's standard maintenance intervals are more frequent and can be substantially more costly than the (extremely cheap) M30.

Have owned my base 635csi MT for a year, fell in love with the body lines when my dad got his. M635 getting here in a few days. They're shockingly nimble cars for their size, and this amount of feedback to the driver is sadly lost on most modern cars. On top of that, the m88 in the euro model has some absolutely fantastic induction noise.

Personally, I think they interfere with the lines of the car. Remember the M6 was aimed at an entirely different market than the M3.

No. Taste is completely subjective. Like what you like and don't ask for other people's approval. Don't feel like you're better than other people just for liking something unusual and quirky. Besides, you came to a video about an E24. A very big portion of the viewers here love or at least like this car and they'll tell you you have good taste so what's the point of even asking this question here?

@@mxs4193 i didnt knew all that, I just saw the car, did research to find the name and looked it up on KZfaq, I just wanted to know if it was a good car by asking other people that question. You shouldn't make assumptions about people, the only thing I know about that car is the name of it and the info they shared in the video. i didn't know tons of people liked it or if was well known to the public and I don't care how many people like it, how many people know about it or how "quirky" it is, I just like the car.

I'm starting to get more interested in cars and is common for a teenager to learn about stuff they like by making questions about it. if my question offended you in any way, I'm sorry.

@@Jedz._. yeah, sorry for being harsh there… this car (like almost any other) has a niche cult following. I personally think it’s beautiful, but wouldn’t call it a “good car” for reasons of reliability, price and features. So if you plan on buying it just make sure it’s not for these reasons.
