People are bullies, but worse, they are self-righteous bullies. These days, whenever I hear someone start a sentence with how "problematic" something is, I cringe and wait for the mean girl energy that follows.

Yes!! That's exactly it! The videos all lack original thought. They're simply parroting what got attention. It's also super disingenuous to pretend like the critique was about the dress instead of attacking Olivia's beliefs. Thank you for calling that out too!

I think she looks beautiful. I go by what my mama told me 60 years ago; if you have nothing good to say, keep it to yourself and keep your mouth shut. People have gotten so mean to other people. Most boomers, of which I am one, think people should live and act a certain way and I say do what makes you happy. I live in a very diverse neighborhood by choice, Latino families, interracial families, gay families, white families. Love who you are and respect people and QUIT BEING MEAN and trying to force your opinions and choices on people.

Ugh that's horrible. That poor girl. She has the right to do as she wishes on her wedding day. It's cyberbullying for attention. But it's envy, Perez. And internalized misogyny. People think they have the right to dictate what other women do, and ironically its mostly other women bullying successful women. This year has really stung the haters hard. They can't handle anything happy.

@LisaGallegos ohhhh. That's not good either at all. Didn't know that part. But regardless, there's too much cyberbullying going on and people with a God complex trying to judge others. On all ends, people have to stop being judgmental.

Not loving the dress but it’s her day let her wear what she wants The dress is timeless and will hold up Looks so hot tho for the weather Very hot these days in ca She’s gorgeous she can carry any look Do like the veil 😍

She's Catholic and they were married by a priest. Religious women are required to wear long sleeves. Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle, Grace Kelly are a few examples. It's tradition to dress like that. Nothing new about this.

Her dress just looks so heavy for the summer Maybe her body temperature runs cold and she didn’t want to be cold? 🤷♀️ I loved princess Catharine’s dress Meghan’s 1st dress was strapless so I think she just went with what she thought was trendy The style of her 2nd dress the royal wedding was good but she needed better tailoring It was too big Not sure why 🤷♀️ Also it was very white For a second wedding Bit odd Grace Kelly Timeless 😍
