Most Filipinos can speak better English than that person who claim that we do not speak English. Grammatically, our English is very clear, the reason why we are the Call Center to the world. For her information, we not only speak English but a whole lot of languages as well. We are multi-lingual. Hopefully she knows the meaning of lingual!
