Best time to go to the Philippines is from December to March...ideal weather..April is the hottest month and it's humid. May to July is raining.. August to November is unpredictable it might rain or shine.. June to November could be a typhoon season. So the only ideal weather to go is from December to March...but in April if you stay there stay most of the time by the beach.
