Money flows instantly from one country to another through electronic transfers nowadays. Being loaded with the rich foreigners money in Singapore may not necessarily be good for Singapore. A stable country economically with fair internationally recognised laws is what makes Singapore attractive. Wheeling and dealing with foreigners money should not be the priority.
