look up a concept known muscle maturity, as well as skin thinning in bodybuilders. i also know of very few people with his level of genetics who have been nearly as dedicated to it as he has been. even just his consistency is that of an outlier, so pair that with insane access to nutrition, access to high level info, access to the highest levels of recovery and healing money can buy, with all of that i’d be shocked if someone wasn’t as jacked as he is. people are looking crazier and crazier as naturals nowadays, you just need to figure out how far you need to push yourself and what to do to achieve your ideal physique and then strive to do 200% everyday
