As long as he's not booking I'd be curious to see what he would do in AEW.

So many cool story ideas they could do with him in addition to the business acumen.

The thing is, shane can actually be a really good asset on the business management side of things, and you can run some interesting stories that are grounded and not egotistical. Just have someone there to shoot down bits and pieces so he dont go too far. Shane was never bad early on with what he did, but the problem was that his father helped give him too much of a big head/control, and he ran way too far with it. A good way to genuinely bring him in can be in a role similar to Ted Dibiase if you have to as a kinda benefactor to mercedes if you wanna tie it into them being seen in public meeting. Many ways its could work.

Never say never in this industry. Although Shane McMahon still has shares in WWE, which are valued at $4 million. People might assume that he has a conflict of interest. I think he would work well with Tony and bring AEW to new heights.

I appeared on your video, LOL. I don't think AEW is desperate. Not at all, they are closing to sign a new deal, so they don't need Shane that much. However, I would like to see him in AEW not as a wrestler, but more like a manager/character figure in the storylines.

I think more huge news would be Vince McMahonIs#AllElite. Vince once said that he will destroy what he created. What better way to stick it to Stephanie and Triple H for not backing him by turning AEW into the new WWE.

Could certainly legitimise one of the brands as an onscreen authority figure. He’s got a mind for the business but was snuffed out by Vince and his archaic approach.

Sign him and have a story where Tony adopts Shane

Shane McMahon in AEW would only be good under certain circumstances. He should only wrestle occasionally when there’s stakes involved. Shane should be the on air authority figure, he should help with creative, and he could help Tony Khan control the talents. Tony has been lousy at being an actual boss who controls his own company and Shane could give AEW much needed stability in that regard. I guarantee you, the first thing he would do is rein in the EVPs. Namely the Dumb Bucks. They’ve run roughshod over AEW and have instigated shit with no one to keep them in check. Shane McMahon would be smart enough to see through that and control them. AEW is getting really desperate and a big name like Shane McMahon coming in might help AEW with the Turner network’s negotiations too. Under the right circumstances, Shane McMahon in AEW would be a great thing.

Whatever your issues on this, one thing is for sure, if this happens, Shane is the only McMahon to have been on WWE, WCW, and AEW TV. Tony just better not have him book or wrestle any matches.

Shane aint working for a minor league after working for the biggest promotion in the world. Aew can sign cena and bring Austin out of retirement it wouldn't do a damn thing, the very problem with aew its right at the top - Tony Khan. And hes not a booker but a match maker. He sees big names and all he can think about is dream matches. He cant book an angle for 3 months much less a year. And at this point he has too much ego to step aside and let a real qualified person to book the show.
