As someone pointed out in another comment, it is about "goal difference", not about the largest diffence in a single game. So, taking for example the US, the US has a -17 goal difference, but because they played Brazil a lot, ending many matches in 2x0, 3x0,4x1, etc., in favour of Brazil. So those goals accumulate. The reason that Germany isn't the one that appears on the map is because Brazil historically still has a positive goal difference with Germany, but not with Norway. The reason for that is that Norway only qualified for very few games and the only 2 games that they played with Brazil, they won. It is impressive.

The map from 11:37 must be wrong. The highest win over all in a non friendly match was Australia vs. Laos with 31:0. The spanish title says something like "worst historic balance". Brasil lost 1:7 against Germany in 2024 (so that should be -6). So I guess its more like losses in a row without a win or draw in between. for example: Argentina lost three times in a row against England and the Netherlands (before drawing or winning again against them). That would make much more sense.

I looked up Chile becauce it just looked to odd. The bigget defeat was Brazil-Chile 0:7, but Argentina and Chile played 10 games and in total they had 55 goals.

I believe it is refearing as total matches disputed by each country and how many times they won over how many times they lost, that means that Brazil beat so many times some countries that they have a large negative number. Also, in South América they play between themselves too many times

Drew in the last map by "contra cual pais tiene el peor historial" (against what country they have the worst historic record) means how many times they lost a game to an specific nation compared to how many times they won. For example, mexico won 10 games against Brasil but they also lost 24 games against Brasil so the historic record of Mexico against Brasil is negative 14. I hope my message came across, my english is really basic lol

Spanish is my native tongue, so I can confirm the last map has been mistranslated. That is the win-loss ratio. So it's the difference between the number of games they have won and lost against that country. 11:40

I don't know where that football map came from, but just off the top of my head I can recall Brazil getting annihilated by Germany 7-1 in 2014 and laughable argentina in 2010 when Germany, again beat them 4-0. Both WC games (let's not forget Argentina claimed the 2010 World Cup would be theirs no doubt).

That public transit map just goes to show how low of a population density most of the US has. Only places with high population density makes sense to have and use public transport because otherwise you couldn't get where you want to go due to traffic congestion.
