Some of the things I LOVE about the Honda CRF250F's is they are super easy to ride, unbelievably forgiving, cheap to own, cheap to ride, cheap to maintain, and when it to fuel efficiency they are hard to beat! One of the best 4 stroke 250cc trail bikes out there imo. Thanks for watching!

Usually we have a ton of those banana spiders on our property but this year they are oddly absent Maybe the excessive heat this summer 🤷‍♂️

@haydenflinner Nothing I said is wrong, lol, it's 100% correct. I think we are talking about totally different types of riding, that's my guess. We ride super hard, technical terrain, absolutely no one rides a 4 stroke in our region. The 250f may be a "new" model but all of the technology is over 20 years old, it just is. Most 2 strokes are oil injected so no mixing, air filters should be cleaned on any bike, as well as changing the oil. All, super easy! A hydraulic clutch is a HUGE upgrade for real riding where you are constantly slipping the clutch and the brakes are undeniably way better. Why upgrade these old dogs when you can get a modern bike with good components. I'm suspecting you ride very tame terrain, where these old clunkers are fine.

Yeah this is just south of Ocala, a place called Croom. I think it’s one of the biggest places in FL

For trail riding, I wouldn't recommend these 20+ year old bikes (haven't changed significantly in 20 years). For trail riding, you are much better off with a used modern 2 stroke. Lighter, more usable power, better clutch, brakes, suspension, and very low maintenance. If you are smaller or need something more tame, a Xtrainer or Beta 200 would do the trick. To each his own.

20+ year old motor design yes, but they’re tried and true. There’s people still out there riding these 20+ year old bikes and they just keep on thumping. To me that’s worth a lot 👍🏻

Almost everything you said was wrong lol. The 250f is not the 230, it just came out a few years ago. A modern two stroke is not less maintenance, you need to premix, change air filters, oil. The power will put a beginner on their butt very quickly. A common upgrade to YZ250s is to grab a CRF230 front brake system. A hydraulic clutch isn't an upgrade. About the only thing actually an upgrade about a racing two stroke is the suspension, which you can retrofit to these bikes.
