Modesty in men and women (equally) is a sign of self-possession and discipline. As a guy I feel best about myself when I dress up (shirt and tie etc). My self-confidence increases and I know that I project genuine masculine virtue. I don't say that pridefully. It's an honest observation. I hope that women also feel the same self-confidence when they dress modestly/stylishly. Be intentional about the image you put out into the world and make sure that it is a reflection of your inner desire for virtue and not vice.

I’m really glad that you are sharing this topic. Women, especially Catholics, certainly need to be more modest in their choices. And you articulate that rather well. Buuuut, just a few videos ago you completely contradict all of this in your “red pill” video. Imagine if your priest, or any priest, were to see that. I understand the accomplishment of feeling comfortable in your skin and the satisfaction of being fit. But it shouldn’t come at the price of flashing your bum and showing your bare mid section for everyone to see. As you said, your body is a temple. I would advise that you either take down the “red pill” video OR edit out the images that can (and probably have) bring others to a near occasion of sin.

True modesty isnt vain, though....all the name brands behind you. Its not that you own them, its how you flash them at people. Vanity is immodest.
