I Suffered From UTI For Many Years & Was Put On A Lifetime Low Dose Of Antibiotics Even Had Cystoscopies Done The 2-3 Things That Helped Me Were Cranberry Supplements x3 A Day For A Year Warm To Hot Water At Least 5-6 Big Glass & Fresh Orange Juice Or Innocent Orange Juice Basically That Also Helps Bowels So No Bad Bacteria Plz Do Give It A Shot As Well As What The Sister Mentions Hopefully 1 Option Would Definitely Help Stay Blessed

I have chronic consitpatiob, Severe Osteoporosis with history of a fracture. I have been told, there is a lot of nerve damage and inflammation going on as well. I’m most often in a lot of pain. I have had many uti s in a year .I’m currently dealing with one, I finished an antibodic just a few days ago, and this evening its back. I have an appointment with a urologist in Jan but it needs to be moved up sooner! Any ideas?

Hi Melissa, it sounds like your digestion could be a main area of focus here as it could be the underyling factor linking your different symptoms. However, but as the overall picture is a little more complicated I'd recommend looking into seeing a nutritional practitioner to help guide you with a more personalised plan.
