In fact, here is a short list of a few besides Tyler Perry: Flip Wilson, Jamie Foxx, David Allen Grier, Damon/Shawn/Marlon Wayans, Martin Lawrence , Miguel Nunez Jr, Eddie Murphy, Kevin Hart, Chris Rock, Key and Peele, Larry Johnson, Wesley Snipes, Chris Tucker, and now, thanks to @Charles Jones Sr, I must add Dave Chappell; of course there have been many more. All of that doesn’t change the fact that some black men refuse to wear the dress (regardless of the money) because they feel that Hollywood is attempting to emasculate/demean men. ijs

Katt's comedy got me through some really dark days while I was fighting for my life. I was bed ridden and lived in darkness for about 5 years as #lupus made the sun an enemy. There were days that if I had not had Katt William's comedy to make me laugh, I am.not sure I would be here. The pain of #lupus is unimaginable but through a miracle I have finally found recovery. My goal to get multiple autoimmune diseases in remission. And be healthier, happier and hotter at 50 than I ever was at 20. Thank you for this video! I hope Katt understands the power of his comedy. My daddy fought in Korea (he'd be about 90 now). my biological father died on the day I was due to be born. My mother married my daddy Larry in the early 70s when interracial marriage was still punishable by extreme violence here in the Midwest!! He was quite a bit older than ma. The son of a share cropper the grandson of a slave (one who chose to stay on plantation after the emancipation proclamation (as many did bc it was not safe for a freed slave in the south...u think a piece of paper suddenly made black folks safe to walk the streets?! Hell no!) Also, his great grampa was a chain wearing slave! This man was my daddy. He taught me that color ain't shit. I never knew I was "different" than anyone else in his family. They loved me&I loved them! They taught me only love conquers hate and color is a tool of hatred &division by the 1% who rule this world! He taught me the only way to free ourselves from the 3 or 4 families that rule this planet was through UNITY of the HUMAN RACE! He said there is only ONE RACE; THE HUMAN RACE (made up of many ethnicities with many traditions; ALL to be respected, not compared, not changed but learned from. Color is a game played by politicians and corporations. They know as long as we focus in it we will NEVER UNITE and DEFEAT those who push this hatred (the 1% who control ALL things and enslave ALL humans using the media THEY own!!).

I am a white woman doing mortgage loans and I have to listen to the CD packet of all Katt Williams my daughter bought me to keep me sane. I love all of them but what I love the most is Star Player. He is like going to church and inspirational. He is who I listen to having a bad day and who I listen to when I need a laugh. He has truly impacted my life and my daughter gave me the best present ever.... I love Katt!!! He's an inspiration in life because as he says "Life Is Too Short"

I met him back in the 90s, after his show he came out and mingled with his fans, and he was very appreciative and welcoming and I got the biggest hug from him, and a kiss on my face. Nice Man

He deserved that Emmy. That was the best on screen performance on TV that year. He was so thoughtful in the performance; I forgot that WE hadn't seen him in a minute. He really is a true talent.

I was born in Colombia grew there It's so crazy how Katt williams influence my life, helped me go through hardships at work (server/bartending) how to deal with people. His life is such a motivation to keep on forward, even though katt Williams is flamboyant he was and still a very humble person. I wish I can give him a Hugh and thank him from being just himself.
