The looming housing market crash is concerning due to many buying homes at inflated prices, despite low interest rates. As values drop, these homeowners face potential foreclosure or loss from selling. With expected layoffs and rising living costs, diversifying investments is essential. Stocks and cryptocurrencies offer stability. Using Debra Crawshaw's guidance, my portfolio earned $190k in just nine weeks, showcasing that strategic choices can lead to success even in uncertain times.

It's not 90% mindset....we all think big...but we are also held back from making big moves as beginners because it's rare, being unknown that people will trust you with large amount of capital...u need credit, or experience and you both know it...u HAVE to start out doing multiple deals so u have deal experience...or u have to have really good credit.....this game isn't for everybody...nor can everybody play it
@veenajetti1

Disagree strongly. Most people don’t go out and learn this stuff because it’s intimidating. You can 100% leverage a team without experience or your own credit. Everyone starts somewhere. It’s definitely not easy. And it’s definitely a major responsibility, so not everyone should do it. But if you want to scale, you should learn the art of raising capital.

@veenajetti1 of course u disagree..ur in the video, that doesn't change the gact that regular Joe Shmo ain't gonna be trusted with millions of other people money with no experience or credit...rich people don't "go out on whims" or put their money where they don't have some degree of certainty that their money is either safe (with someone with good credit) or secured by someone who has a proven track record of making money turn onto more money....of course it's "possible"...what it's NOT, is likely..like u and Jerry portray it to be for a beginner....that level of money raising isn't "entry level" shit

I love you content Jerry! Ive got a question ive asked several people for pml and they told me. I need a deal at hand. So how to i get a head getting capital from investors if this is ge response i get?

There’s a video dropping in the series about how to build those relationships. But you need to have a sample deal to drum up “soft” interest and then reach back out to them once you have a deal in hand!

@@FlippingMastery yes and the need of raining capital earlier in the game. I resonate a lot with what you're saying but I need mentorship to help clarify what seems a little overwhelming in my mind to give me a clear plan of action.

But no one talks about credibility, and getting that one to give you the opportunity to fail or suceed or look over some one shoulders. People talk about this but no one is willing to even fund you deals without 3-6 months of seasonings, or have 6 months of payments in savings or 680 & up credit score, my point is when you are new no one wants to talk to you or they find reasons not to fund your deals no matter how good the deal is, or they wont even respond. And there are many others even 50%-60% Arv. I have experienced all of these. No one talks about how to become credible no matter the reason...

This is a mindset issue. You are either not talking to the right investors (a common problem) or you are not presenting it correctly or you don’t have the right team that you can leverage. Everyone that raises capital, including me, started at 0. And I had a million people say no, but keep going. Eventually you’ll find the right partner. 😊

Its not a mindset when you have experienced it, as you noticed i talked about it in past tense. I asked the question for the new investor because it was something we went thru, every ones situation is different. And its true no one teach credibility and how its establish as for the two people that replyed thanks, but i look at things from a new investors view asking questions thats on there minds. Mindset has nothing to do with knowledge or should i say they support each other.. For example my biggest fear was asking some one i didnt know to had over thousands of dollars its easy for some one to talk about something as to mindset, but its different when you show how its done.. and i stand by what i said coming from some one that experienced it. i been in business since 2017

And i watch the videos to keep grounded to the basics for doing business. I watch so many make claims or comments about there business now no one show the actual blue print of how they got to where they are now. Its easy to say you make milliions but explain how to over come the different types of rejections and there are many and its not always the deal or experience, becausse if it was taught it would be a business of itself, because its a subject that cant be explained in a 4 part video. again i thank you for your response
