Killing time is a vicious cycle. What starts as a short break browsing online, can turn into hours wasted. It feeds your lack of action and interrupts your workflow. In this video, I will teach you how to increase your productivity and move closer toward your goals just by managing what you are doing and when you are doing it. bit.ly/2hiFVHn
Discover how you can stop procrastinating and get more done with this free transcription based on my best-selling book, Eat That Frog. Click the link above to download it now.

Brian, Your videos are a source of motivation and inspiration for me. Your wisdom has helped me over the past year to work towards achieving most important goals. Each night I prepare a plan for the next morning. Each day I wake up 3 hours before I must leave for the day. I spend the first hour as my golden hour, reading inspiration books and reflecting on the day to come. 2nd and 3rd hour are spent working on my most important task. Since I began this habit, I have slipped up many times. I always restart, and my life has much improved compared to when I spent 5+ hours each day aimlessly browsing the internet. My daily life has improved markedly since implementing the wisdom conveyed in these videos. Thank you Brian.

James: It's very worthy to me to see how much change Brian has brought to your life in just a year. A change from 5+ hours browsins aimlessly into daily planning and working on your most important tasks. I have already noticed changes in my habits for the better, since I noticed an ad by Brian on the World Wealth Conference.

Thank you 🙏🏻 Mr. Tracy I was a freshman in high school when I got my hands on Eat That Frog 🐸 and from then on I have read practically all of your work. And with this technology one can get that latest updates and tips from you and your team. I always use this method for years especially when I was raising my children.

Hello Mr. Tracy! I've been watching your videos. I began my day implementing your advice and I will continue to work on them. Tv, social media, and just plain laziness have been my time killers. I deleted my social media some months ago. Easy peasy. A few days ago I hid my tv in my closet (this has been tough). And now I am working on setting goals and working on them! You are a great support and resource to have. Thank you for what you do.

This is great advice about the breaks. Working from home leaves sooo many distractions! So if I really need a break, I work my dogs 5 to 10 minutes each in obedience. Totally not work related, and it tires their little brains so they leave me alone to work. 😉 If I'm feeling not so motivated, I play one of these videos to get me convicted enough to start moving.

Helpful lessons as usual; thank you. I like the graphics, too -- the guy sleeping in his suit is great. Today and every day, I'm going to remind myself to break things down, finish a chunk, finish another then another, then take a break away from the computer. Just plow through and get things done, then reward yourself. I also want to gradually start waking up earlier. My ultimate goal is to be in bed by 10:30 and wake up at 5:30 or 5:45. Wish me luck!
