more about recovery bro! i feel like most people only learn about training, best exercises, best meals for gains etc. but never learning about recovery (me included).

Bro how can I contact to u i want to share my experience of front lever i learnt front lever in just 2 week my agr is 15 bw 60kg I want to help peoples for their frontlever I want to tell people what they should do for getting frontlever very easily

Basically you learn non functional overreaching through experience. Not only did i get weaker. I got unhappy. Concentration goes out the window and sex drive too. It can be like having the flu.

I felt acute fatigue with every new move I unlock like Muscleup and handstand pushup. I was able to do only 1 rep of those even after 4 mins of rest the fatigue still remains. I guess it will take time for me to adapt the neural adaptation of those movements.

This sounds like more of an injury, you should be able to recover within a few days. A month is definitely very long, I would get it checked out
