Boy, I've been in and out of calisthenics for the past 12 years. Sometimes I've struggle bc of study/work, other times was motivation, and I also have had wrists issues. Your way of putting things helps me so much when approaching the exercises in terms of how to push myself and how to heal. I hope I can share with u a full planche within a year. Icing actually increases blood supply. Once you put the ice away, more blood will flow to that area to make it warm again.

3:02 Zdenek said building more muscle, but we should understand that he means muscle & strength at the same time right? He didn't mean only bulding muscle, it's something he thought he didn't need to explain and he decided just say building muscle 7:05 if you still think beginner should do tuck planche if they want the full planche, and going for 10 other progressions instead of building a strong shoulder in the first place, why don't you continue arguing with Ian Barseagle. Ian said the traditional way of training for skill by progressions is not effective, he said get up to +40kg weighted dips for 10 reps first, from then you can learn the planche 8:03 he didn't say or think static won't build muscle, but we all know it's the best to grow the muscle when it get both the concentric and the eccentric with the full ROM, the static doesn't as effective as that

facepulls on the rings will help as well as the handstand push ups but the unfortunate reality of calisthenics athletes is having huge front and rear delts with lagging side delts

Yeah for side delts honestly weights are more effective (although that being said, my side delts have still grown doing calisthenics)

i weigh 55kg's and was called an Ant at my old workplace. Im nowhere near as built as these dudes, but i promisse i impressed people. Didnt even work out a lot, just worked a physical job pretty much all my life (and have trouble gaining weight)

I didn't get the amount of sets of the dynamic part.. like we're working around 10 reps and increasing the diffculty to reach 5 reps, but how many sets ? how many rest ? Somoene could help ? :) PS : i'm not talking inglish very well so maybe I missed that information that is already said. Sorry aha
