Totally agree. I never get refunds because of my rental income (which I don't lay taxes on throughout the year). It's smart to not get a refund, but i still get jealous when everyone else gets their refunds haha. Congrats on all your success man!

Nice!. Just be careful if you have a lot of investment income outside of your W2 job. The W2 job doesn't know about that income. It's possible that you might get stuck with under payment penalties like I do. If it gets really bad, you'll have to make quarterly payments.

Right, the extra cash being withheld would serve as a way cover any taxes on dividends / cap gains... also youtube income now, I’ll have to be mindful to set some $$ aside for that. Thanks!

I wanted to ask if you'd make a video of 10 things that ARENT STOCKS that you invested in to help yourself become financially independent/gaining passive income. Books, seminars/courses, and maybe even software tools such as editing software that you think is worth investing in NOW before getting into stocks, or do you think stocks are the way to go straight out of the gate? Would you ever consider telling us your strategies in the market, long or short positions? Or maybe even do portfolio updates? I think it'd be cool to see how some people organize a dividend portfolio vs a growth portfolio or if you just go with the Etfs what you think are the better ones and why?

I hit my biggest winner yet on a small account, short story: I've been trading for 3 years, incurring losses along the way, mostly trading with no strategy whatsoever. Recently a friend of mine and I have been scouting the market for low priced/low float with increasing volume throughout daily/weekly patterns, he called $Gnus at .40 and I didnt buy in. Neither did he. I saw it a few weeks later, it was trading above a dollar and going up. We both, still ignored it... I saw it cross 2 dollars and bought in. By far the best trade I've made for a short term hold. Got in at 2.35 and rode it to 7.60 the other morning, sold and rebought the dip with a larger position. I am up 500% in the month and was at 700% at one point just recently. Gnus just had a bunch of halts and now I'm back to just above 400% barely... Missed my exit this morning. TLDR: Held best play of my trading career too long because I slept on the market. I thought it was going to continue upward... Long Halts down. (GNUS)

Anyone with a kid or two can go all year without paying a dime of income tax (mark exempt on w-4 form) and still get back about $7000 from the IRS because of EIC and CTC so yes this is something celebrate
