I had a 15yr old T4, had 250k on, was a great van. Had a 7yr old T5 with less than 100k on and it was crap, fell apart around me. Got a 68 T2 now (there's a video of it on my KZfaq channel). Totally agree with you on the vdub community there's nothing like it.

Hi Carl, another great video. I was stuck in a quandary of do I sell or keep my 2001 90k T4. What are they like as a daily driver. I only take it out during the summer hence the low miles but I was considering using it full time and selling my car. Love your channel and my 11yr old daughter says yours is cool being in your productions 😁

Nice to see every ages loves the old girl haha, does help it looks a little odd . 90k fair play, yer as a daily driver it's no different as any other car I havent found anything I struggle with using my daily (other than being real low) perfect really and never have to worry about shopping trips with the family plenty if space for the shopping 👍

They do like to be driven just check the oil one every few months as dont hurt to top it up, but I love it as a daily 🤙
