I am totally supportive of you providing the products that you utilize in blueprint for your own longevity & health goals. I just genuinely see this as vital information to pushing health and longevity science. please keep it up & I hope you continue to help humanity push biological science further, whether it be Blueprint or far down the line being involved with new endevours!

Yeah but most likely to harm you food is definitely not raw cocoa or spinach. And spinach is high in oxalate too. If your body can break down oxalate it’s not a large concern compared to high amounts of sugar etc. however. I went on his website and he’s selling cacao powder for 40$ a bag, so maybe he’s exaggerating the benefits of cacao vs the risk.

As I sat in the waiting room, I was going through my work emails and checking my schedule for the day when I received a video notification from Will Tennyson. The video, titled 'I Tried Bryan Johnson's $2,000,000 Anti-Aging Routine,' was absolutely fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It made me reflect on my own commitment to living a healthy lifestyle and made me realize that I need to reassess whether I am truly living up to my mindset. I'm incredibly enthusiastic about the idea of living until 101 years old, just like my Grandma, Abuelita, did. Your channel has been invaluable in providing me with healthy tips, longevity hacks, and habits. Thank you so much for sharing all this valuable information! I enjoyed this video very much! Ever since I was a teenager I had developed a very bad habit of not getting enough sleep. Most weeks I was sleep deprived and now that I’m in college I have noticed it taking its toll on my mental health mostly with memory and focus. It got to a point where I could not speak my mind because I was unable to find the right words. I decided to make a change and for the past year I have been routinely getting better sleep (of course I still have the occasional slip up but try to get back on track). Unfortunately I noticed that damage was done and I was only slowly getting back to my full mental capacity. I did some research and landed on dark chocolate and have been eating half of an 86% dark chocolate bar pretty much every night and can tell you without a single doubt that the clarity, focus, and memorization of things have greatly improved. Thank you again for the great video!

Its a sugar and fat that was in the chocolate, not oxalates. You breakdown them in your guts, there is really beneficial bacteria (oxalobacter) living in your guts, that if you feed it oxalates it releases beneficial compounds that protect your colon and the bacteria helps filter your blood of toxins and reduces the burden on kidneys by roughly 40%.

Bryan, thanks for putting in this work, the research, and *sharing* the results, giving the names, tools, and even making products. It's kind of interesting to listen to interviewers ask about the "difficulty" of your lifestyle...I've been optimizing since I ran track in the 8th grade, starting with a heart rate monitor and a food diary. I'm 35 years old now and people usually mistake me for someone being younger. I think it has something to do with being really dedicated to my nutrition and sleep. Like when I'm watching your interviews and watch people's reactions, I find it interesting that people seem incredulous that you go to sleep "early" or don't drink alcochol. To use your language, I learned to optimize these things in my life. Only very recently I've noticed I'm in a "fuck-it" phase...i never drank coffee and now I drink coffee; I used to make sure I went to bed by 10pm/11pm every night (even in college), now I relish staying up till 2am; I catch myself eating red meat and even processed foods now (I've been variations of a vegan since I was 20/21 (even raw vegan for a few years)... I guess I'm sharing this because I'm kind of in the phase where I've done many of these things you implement to fair extent (yes, even light therapy for my skin and hair growth, electromagnetic therapy for muscle density...) and I'm kind of like...I've discovered oat lattes and staying up late just because somehow social connections feel more intimate and authentic at night(?); I've worked out at least 3 times a week for basically since my teens and recently revved it back up due to your inspiration... I guess it feels like I'm a bit treading water, like I like the benefits and I'm grateful to my younger self that I get to enjoy the benefits of her many smart decisions, like not having alcohol...but I don't know Bryan, it feels like I've developed a solid spine of things that are generally/somehow regarded as hard-to-hone habits...which again support me...but again, maybe a bit like treading water. The reason why I guess I've been so committed to taking care of myself has been because I believe this is the vessel that something good is supposed to come out of...and my career and work aspirations are not working out the way I imagined...and I've been dedicated to those as well, but I have not yet received my anticipated results (that entrepreneur life). As I'm writing this, maybe that's why I've been less committed to taking care of my health; it feels like, "what's the point in taking care of my health?" when my work/career/dreams are not growing. I know this is not the right mindset, but I think it's becoming a subconscious reel in my head. I think this experience is teaching me a bit more about people and why some people may not wish to take care of themselves, like maybe they doubt themselves... I didn't set out to write an essay here, but your message, "Don't Die", resonates; for me, it's less about living till I'm 200 years old. I set out to take care of my body, this vessel, this conduit's physical shape and peace of mind to fully pour into why I live. You're reminding me that my body is also reminding me I'm here to do my best to pursue my dreams, goals, and all the rest of the things here on this crazy little planet:) Thanks for inspiring, E P.S. I'm going to bed at a comparatively, reasonable hour ... and I just finished some red light therapy for my scalp:)

Idk whats the cost of all the tests he does for cocoa, so idk if 40 dollars is a justified price for all that (very high price but may be justified), but his olive oil price is pure bullshit. "Bbbut he is actually producing quality oil". Price of olive oil that recieves rewards for its taste and im 99% sure is better than his, is around 20 euros. Not in a supermarket of course, but my point is that ive been on his site to check the cocoa out and after seeing the olive oil price im repulsed. Thats like a wine that somebody made and swears is good costs significantly more than wines from renown wineyards.

I'm enjoying the more light-hearted approach Bryan and his team are taking. I liked Bryan's message even at the start of Blueprint, but the vibe was so serious. Every interview was serious and I think this fun approach engages a larger audience and makes Bryan more likeable in the eyes of those who would normally have brushed him off. A little humor and self-deprecation goes a long way. Keep up the great work!
