I needed to hear this. I’ve been “no contact” for a long while, what I havnt been is NOT creeping on their social media…

it’s was hard, I had a mental breakdown but I prayed a spiritual warfare prayer and realized God removed him and I feel so much better. Forget trying to be in a relationship with an avoidant attached person,it’s miserable and not worth it. I feel so much better and can breathe again not worried about when he is going to contact me or pay me any attention or give affection. Im working on myself and not jumping into anything. i’m really going to get to know someone and their communication skills and personality before I get intimate. I know that has a lot to do with why I get so attached to someone I shouldn’t.

No contract your stronger, then what you think because while your giving yourself the time for yourself and to just be still because for me I believe in my God,and prayer and no matter how much I prayed it seem my Narcisse ex became worse more evil,see I realized that listening to weav concerning no contract it kept the Narcisse ex away from me and it gave me peace and freedom they go crazy when u do no contract and in that time I was going thru working on me,my reason for wanting to leave this relationship I was in because I Deserve sooo much better and when u say to yourself, u Deserve better u will be running 🏃‍♂️ and never look back.I ❤ LOVE U WEAV THANK YOU,STILL GOING strong 💪🏾 ❤️

No lies told. It’s been 2 years since I blocked dude and I can confidently say I’ve had ZERO desirability to break the no contact clause Lol. For me to do that would mean I’m undoing all the necessary work I’ve done on myself to heal.

Sucks we got kids together so even if no contact we still end up discussing something about the kids. Even those discussions piss me off. I don’t want to see or hear his voice. When the other parent don’t carry their weight but don’t want to give up custody so they don’t have to pay much in child support.

For 10 yrs, he would contact me within 3-4 months. As a fake fb profile or bring a note and leave it outside my house. That last time, he sent a book through Amazon with a note. I try to block him and he tries anyway he can. I'm done with telling me he loves me and his son only to never support his son in any way. It's not right to repeatedly say well he is your kid not mine just because it's earlier. No more!

Brilliant video. I'm working on my discipline last 12 months. First 6 months were the hardest. I had mental breakdown, I started praying and needed to cut cords, not once, it felt like doing exorcisms on myself😢I made mistake before I found your videos and other coaches on YT who literally slapped me in the face saying to never do what I did back then during no contact and start healing. Now I barely thinking of him💃but it's a slow process in my case I'm guessing.
