Thanks Lisa - Great video as ever! - Yes, definitely stop trading on the last couple of days of the month with Darwinex Zero!!. The first time I was lined up for an allocation for Silver was in September - I was in 2nd position. I had been incredibly fortunate with no losses in the month leading up to this point and I overlooked the fact that Darwinex allocations are based on equity and not balance. Consequently I kept my EA running, it took a trade, slipped into drawdown and I was dropped to 7th place for my allocation. The following week my account recovered and I was in 1st place 🙂 but two weeks later I got into another trade which went into several grid levels and by the time the new allocations were given at the end of October I was positionned about 400 or so and got no allocation! The lesson here is protect your equity in the final week - it is quite a buzz to be placed in first position, but it is meaningless until the final day!! 🙂 also highlights the volatility of grid trading with Darwinex Zero

how does darwinex calculate the ranking system? is it based on equity growth or is it based on trading approach if the strategy is negative risk to reward ratio with high percentage win is also friendly with this platform? or need to follow rules like 1:2 or 1:3 Risk reward ratio

HI, How do you plan to pay taxes from Darwinex? They do not give you any contract or you cannot issue an invoice and the money goes straight to your account. Im just curious how does it look for you

same leverage. Yes, you get to keep the allocation for 3 months. But you can stack multiple allocation. Yes, you keep 15% of the profits on the allocation.

different email addresses. Gmail also has a multiple email hack you can use. e.g. user@gmail.com, user+1@gmail.com, user+2@gmail.com Many systems will think they're different email addresses, but they're all actually user@gmail.com

there are no rules. You can do whatever. Just be careful of correlation with others. Darwinex is on MT4/MT5

But you did not mention that darwinex reset your darwinex score eqch month 1st day. So if you have not traded since the mid of the month, your darwinex score will be much less than 81

Yes, every month is a new month. You would only stop trading to get the current month's allocation

@@LisaForexxyes. The point is that you can not hide your mistakes in darwinex. I am also learning the art to tinvest in other traders in darwinex, I already made 6 perc per month. More you trade profitable with darwinex in a long run, more friendly they are, more not only allocation you can get, but get be promoted to get real funds from retail investors like me. So I highly recomend for girl like you to stay focus to be stable profitable trader on that platform

why would prop firms just want you to lose when they are making 10-2O% of my winnings? this does not make sense. they make money when i make money - if they just want us to lose, they lose too in the long run. since if i lose they just get a small one time fee - but if i am winning making big money over and over they make 10% of that, they make alot more too - so it is a win win. why would prop firms want anyone to lose?

Most prop firms don't use your strategy to trade. It's all demo accounts. Payouts are from people who people losing challenges. So their business model means the more people that fail challenges, the more money they make

That's true. The risk engine is there to protect investors from aggressive trading

@@LisaForexx Yes. Unfortunately it interferes with legitimate and low risk strategies. I have an actual account that is in profit and accumulating returns of about 2% profit a month, with a total drawdown of less than 7%. One would think that < 7% total draw down would be low risk, but the Darwinex statistics shows the strategy having a negative return! It seems that like prop firms, they are making money on everyone paying monthly fees and their blackbox of a risk engine may eventually get them in legal trouble. Careful recommending these guys.

I would have done the same thing, but that doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. If you stop trading to lock in the minimum seed allocation, you lose the opportunity to get a bigger allocation. The old adage about “letting your profits run also applies to equity curves, not just individual positions. FULL DISCLOSURE: I’m currently at 70.60. Will I stop trading at 75 to get my first allocation at Darwinex? OF COURSE I WILL! Ticker symbol TEYY.
