Buy long term and buy good property and u can sleep well at night even a recession.

Upgrade during bad time and downgrade during good time..

Rightfully should upgrade during both good n bad times. To downgrade during good time is risky. U never know when it will turn. Unless u are a season investors.

@@alanweeproperty You get my thoughts😁. While my logic is to pocket the profit first and enter with a less risky product with some upside. I have to buy something anyway since I believe in Singapore property. I am in my late 30s and this is my first round of sell and buy journey.

The investment principal still apply here. Have long term view of upgrading....After 30 Sept is also an opportunity for more realistic sellers going fw. I am a true believer that upgrading can help u to age more gracefully ahead with more choices later in life.
