I have to say Olivia, Cettire is a bit suspect to me. I had one good experience buying shoes but it went downhill from there, second order was cancelled due to unavailability, didn’t update on my account but instead sent an email which ofcourse I didn’t see so I waited for over a month and when I tried to cancel, it showed that I would get a cancellation fee so disputed with my bank and that is how I found out about the email. Meanwhile the shoes were still showing available on their site. Then I swore off them but then saw a deal I could not pass so popped out another card (in case something went wrong again, I don’t wanna look stupid to the same bank… lol) The shoes arrived and I’m 110% sure they were fake, how do I know, I already had a pair in a different color bought from the store itself so I went to return them and ofcourse there is a $50 return charge and a customs fee or something like that, I don’t remember but I was gonna lose $100 on fake shoes so I went ahead and returned, and then disputed with my bank again. That is still pending. Also fyi, their return policy which I did look at doesn’t mention the return charge which is illegal (for California) Anyway, Farfetch never disappoints
