Thanks for this. I tend to get overwhelmed whenever I pick up new hobbies and having a video like this turns that anxiety way, way down.

I definitely don't think I'm bad at drawing per se but definitely needs improvement. But I'm working on it. The struggle is real 😅

I like making my own ideas I find it difficult because I really don’t know how the body works how noses work in different positions I’m going over the little things first instead of trying to do it all myself I’ve been using a book for sketch ideas and been free handing getting use to the new shape I am learning

I can shape water into an ice cube....

I can also make a cylinder out of water by filling a cup. A candy bar has a shape until it meets its melting point. Waters just always at or past the melting point. Also Antarctica has a shape, icebergs,igloose,snowflakes, a pilr of snow. Come to think of it water is actually the master of all shapes. Maybe why it's so hard to draw. (no noticeable shape for your brain to reference)

water doesn't have a "shape", but you can break down pretty much any body of water into shapes

my original comment here was super negative and doom-y. id like to take that back and appologize. im not great at the constructive part of critism. but i would like to say i believe you should focus more on honing your art before giving out advice or maybe be more clear that this is introductive or for beginners so more advanced artists arent lulled in by clickbaity titles and repeated something they very much already know.. take care

same thing i’m thinking. this dude’s art is trash i’m sorry. why does he draw lines in small strokes like that? you’re supposed to have a solid drawing foundations in order to give art advice. he doesn’t even know how to draw proper lines so why does he’s qualified in the slightest bit? his drawing look worse than how drew in elementary school.

Nah, he's okay without your criticism. He's doing great. A lot of people WANT to grow along with the artist.

@@YumegakaMurakumo and that’s absolutely fine. Beginner artists growing with a slightly more advanced artist is actually perfect. But the way his videos are presented are clickbaity and not presented in that way at all. An artist such as myself or others I know would click this or a few other videos Hes made such as this and learn absolutely nothing new from it. A beginner however, would learn a lot of good knowledge.
