@@Why_u-liethat's your misconception. Indian vegetarian food and traditional lifestyle is the best with all vitamins minerals, carbs, proteins, fibres etc. . Variuos types of dals, rajma, paneer, soyabean have lots and lots of proteins. Jo west chillate hai na protein shake lo protein shake lo ya whey protein lo vo aur kuch nhi paneer ka paani hi hota hai usme se extract krte hai. Jo hum indians aata goothne me daal lete hai after preparing paneer. Meat, non veg, alcohols are the worst food for humans which are the causes of countless diseases.

Don't overthink , but that doesn't mean totally stop thinking about eating healthy food, traditional food and perform normal exercise, and say no to sugar and eat gudd but in limited amount all the things is good 😂 that's what 17 years old boy recommend 😂😅

I watch this video right after when it was uploaded that is 11 months ago but at that time I didn't take it seriously. Yesterday I got a cardiac arrest and luckily my neighbours save me and take me to hospital in unconscious state. Thankfully I got treatment at time and now I'm feeling well. Today I learn one thing "Give priority to your life". Our life is so much precious that if it end in unexpected way as a result of our own mistakes then regret will not bring us back. So from now I promise to take serious every topic regarding self care, self love and self improvement whether it is from this KZfaq channel or any other. 🙏
