It’s most common for rubber tree house leaves to droop due to over watering. You have to be careful you don’t give the rubber tree too much water and you let it dry out completely in between waterings. The rubber tree house plants could also have its leaves drooping due to needing more water. The tricky part is figuring out if your plant is water malnourished or water too heavily.
Try to get good at figuring out if your rubber tree plants needs water. The best message to figure out if my house plant needs water is to dip your finger in the soil. If you feel any moisture at all the plant doesn’t need to be watered. You can also use a method where are you lift up the parts and feel how heavy it is based on saturation of water and soil.
Another reason your rubber tree plant could be droopy is because the bottom soil in the pot is oversaturated with water. You may need to remove the plant and roots from the pot to get a visual to inspect that bottom soil of the pot. Sometimes when I pot for a house plant is too deep the bottom soil layer inside that pot starts to get decay and never dries out.
