As a professional my view is complaining doesn't help PR.u need to be whiner instead of Winner in HRas professional in brief.sincere appreciation gets positive results where as criticism fail.Everybody likes Winners on their team what ever sector it may be.HRM nd HRD nd T&D r correlated including ur topic.Nice lecture.
