Day three using mine till after dark yesterday. Put it through the Ted test and then some. 3" trees became mulch with ease. Hardox rocks!!!

Bigger stronger clutch . The blades chopped those trees easy . Clutch was the weak link . Be nice if you could swing the tail wheel up and pin it out of the way for backing into woods and stuff when needed . They always get smashed hitting trees . Two pieces of Ar 400 dished in a press welded together spherical on the outside flat in middle like wheel . Heavy duty wish bone also . Build your own stuff . No sharpe edge wheel too get caught . Indestructible . Good demo as always . 👍👍👍👍

What an excellent testament to the build quality of that rotary cutter! Hook it up to a tractor over twice as big as needed.. over twice the horsepower as needed, cut brush/trees three times the density and size .......If this don't show the ruggedness and quality of a brush cutter, nothing does.. I'd venture to say the best 6 ft cutter on the market today !

Seeing the positives through the negatives is a beautiful attitude. I loved your profiler that was at Spokane Ag Expo 2020. God Bless.

Ted- Brother, love your videos and your attachments. Just wanted to say be careful reaching under that thing with the tractor still running. All it takes is a malfunction of a switch to make you lose an arm or worse. I trust you because you've been around tractors your whole life, but there are novices who watch and will think its okay. I know a guy in the county next to us who had something similar happen to him, and he was killed by the implement. I'll get off my safety soap box and say keep on keeping on brother! You make and test badass stuff!

On a walk behind Gravely with a 30" rotary mower in the early '60's had a discharge chute hung with chain. The chains too the sting out of what was flung by the mower. That little beast could chop up anything it could knock over, up to about 2 inch trees.

The clutch is definitely not tight enough or simply too small for the shear force this beast lives for. I may point that the two rear support arms need to be beefier as if you back up into tough stuff, they will buckle up.

If you are going to cut trees like that cut a blade of just past the povit point and weld about a half or three chain on yhe end of the blade. Works good better than a blade. Easier on gesr.also will beat the stumps better than a blade and they dry out and not regrow as quickly

Will you make a Wicked Brush Cutter that would be an appropriate fit for the Kubota B26 sometime in the future? I'm on board when and if you do: GREAT products!!!

If you choose the larger gearbox with slip clutch option on our 60", it'll come with some WICKED components. Cutter link www.everythingattachments.com/60-Inch-XTreme-Duty-Rotary-Brush-Cutter-p/eta-xdbc-60-sp.htm Vid link kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Z7pyqLKHrKy4fXU.html

Something is wrong with the follower wheel. It is leaning and scraping a strip in the dirt. Could it be a bad bearing?

Gee's Ted. If you are going to call something 'wicked', it needs to be the absolute best it can possibly be. What we saw in that video was rubbish. The tail wheel, bent before you even scraped any paint off. (yes, I know that you know if needs beefing up) The gearbox will be fine, although if I was buying one and putting it behind a 140hp tractor, I would want a 150 hp gearbox. Every time clutches

That's why we test so rough. All areas of concern have been strengthened. Thanks for watching!
@kevinjensen5392 жыл бұрын
@@EverythingAttachments Thanks Ted. What we saw in that video was not rough testing by any means. You just need a bigger hp rated slip clutch, or a torque cam clutch. Then put it through some 5 ft tall grass or brush. As I said above, if its called wicked, it needs to be wicked.

It seems like you rushed into this video demo and took unnecessary chances on your safety. Looking under vthe Rotary Cutter with the tractor running, not moving rocks while cutting, and backing into areas without knowing what was potentially under the tree branches. I suspect your gear box was under powered for the amount of the HP that the PTO put`s out from this tractor. Plus it ought to be at least 7 feet wide or possibly 8 foot wide. It needs to cover the width of the rear tires, and perhaps a bit more. And it seemed unprofessional that the tail wheel wasn`t in new condition. A poor video in my opinion.
