You are the real deal, the genuine article. The things you make taste incredible! The chefs on KZfaq might still do interesting meals, but if you want flavor with a capital F you da man! Frankie is gorgeous! I am working on growing my own mushrooms! I could never afford to go to the chichi farmers market and buy lion's mane mushrooms, so I will have to! It’s a treat to watch a chef work in the kitchen. Appreciate even more that you are only cooking plants.👏🤩. The skewers of seasoned and/or marinated mushrooms look incredibly delicious. And, the blanched brussel sprouts and the radish, grilled to perfection, also appeal so much, I’m guessing because of their wonderful colours. Thanks, Derek! I learn a ton from your demonstrations. And, I love the breaks with Frankie.🥰

Sooo flipping "KING!" (Perfect substitute for the word AMAZING if you need one.) My partner used to call everything "KING" as much as you use "AMAZING" when he was grilling... sadly he just passed away in May but I'm sure he'd be happy to see the word live on to describe awesome food! This all look delicious! I made lion mane steak today for the first time I couldn’t believe how much it looks and feels like meat. I don’t eat meat but my daughter does and she loved it.

My wife and I just started to eat mushrooms, tried lions mane, and oyster mushrooms last night, They are so good. Not sure if the wife is too crazy about them so maybe I need to do this. Would really like to get away from meat if I can. Damn, stuff is getting way too expensive to buy now. And I don't like things dying for me so I can eat. I can't even kill bugs, they want to live too.

I'm in Virginia, USA and I can smell all that over here. Well, at least in my imagination. I found you through Spicy Moustache, and I'm glad I did. Date syrup perhaps, it is better and more balanced with sweet but you of course can leave it out when you make 👍
