Mick, you seem to have non stop problems with the trigger electrics. A tip: use the smallest crimp ends that'll fit over the wire (they're color coded for size), it makes a sturdier connection and the plastic boot fits tighter over the insulation toreduce fatigue on the wires. Can also add heat-shrink over it to keep it from bending where it goes in, it should make your fixes last a lot longer

It's mainly because I'm a cheap Yorkshiremen and don't want to spend money on the so called proper stuff 😂 I've bought and fitted some ip68 inline plugs hopefully these will be OK the cable could do with a string down the middle to stop it snapping the cable when it gets snagged I got to admit its a very harsh environment and I work my stuff hard 😬

That's almost impossible to get much tighter and expect someone to be able to work on that boat. You made it look like new again and it's going to be really nice when painted now. Another hard day in the books.

This was a cool boat but I think I like the construction/heavy equipment more. You just seem so squashed when you're working on the boats. Plus it seems like the construction equipment has more rust and I like watching that get stripped off. Very satisfying. Really love all of your work 💜💜💜 Cheers from Michigan, USA

🎉🎉 Good job you're not a big chap in tight spaces. Do you ever blast the props off the boat or would it affect it's balance.😊

Ah mate, I know we always ask why do they not bother doing the underside of the barges but that's not a pleasant job crawling about underneath to do them. I bet you're glad they don't all have the underside blasted LOL Do you charge the same or more to do the underside?
@Mobileblaster
@Mobileblaster Ай бұрын
Yeah its not very nice crawling around under boats. As ya can imagine each job is different so they very slightly 👌👍

Does sanding ever work for these? It seems a lot of people try it and then call you.

😂 it must do but it's false economy for a poor finish when they know blasting is perfect for repaint 👌👍

I move about too much to be seated. What's don't come across on camera is my arms burn as its kick back presure is around 15/18kgs imagine holding ya arms up and then something pushing them sideways that's why I look random as I go along in uncomfortable places. A got a nailing mat but the floor was wet though I just couldn't win 😂
