So to just put a widener (the one from infected mushroom) at lets say 30% to the lead is wrong? I heard that the lead vocal must remain in the center, but i dont like how this sounds at a rap mix. And what i then do is fixing this at the mastering stage which isnt good so i ask this question. Or perhaps u have another idea what i can do because i dont have this delay plugin. Greetings from germany

I would use a single vocal in the center and then duplicate the channel and apply from the above lesson. That way your center vox isn’t effected and the duplicate is offset to each side by way of ms in your stereo imager.
