Contrary to popular belief, NS does build DPUs on their trains in other areas, but it's still refreshing to see them rolling through WWoT territory.

Union Pacific train chase is really cool, I have seen a csx SD70MAC with an UP SD70ACE through the Philly sub, like a long time ago. Anyways.. Good job Wide World of Trains

A DPU ALRIGHT on a Norfolk Southern train, Mike! What the heck! I hope the guy who thought of that keeps his job! LOL! What a rare sight! Some of those double stackers were as long a train as I've seen. They don't mind loading up the CSXi158! Really cool video, mate! I'll catch you in the next one! WWoT filmed some very long trains for today's video. CSX 158 was a long heavy train with a lead locomotive and one DPU.

The first stack sounded more like howling dogs than barking seals, must be moving at just the right speed. I like a good train meet after a hard 12 hour shift, perfect! I was just thinking it'd be great to see a DPU but then realized they don't seem to run them there. I love it when I'm wrong in the right way. Really liked the action on this one, especially with an Uncle Pete chase. Thanks much!

NS train with 2 Golden West Service. Rebuilt SP box cars in the 80's and 90's by Gunderson of Portland, OR. Gunderson bought out and move to Mexico.

looks like cheapskate has taken UPS from NS this year! that grex truck is georgetown rail equipment out of Texas they were bought by Loram in 2018! the history i've got is they started out as a local Texas ballast hauling operation in 93 and transitioned into rail maintenance over time!! from what i've seen that's a combination ultrasonic and camera system that looks for rail defects
