2 жыл бұрынSo many people ask what I do when Zach hangs out with my friends. This video shows in real time what that looks like. I interpret for both of them. Some of my friends know some basic signs and then try to sign what they think something would be, then I interpret to fill in the gaps. Other friends just have me interpret since we don’t get to see them often.

Thanks to the flight attendants that switched things so you can all be together. Since Courtney is the only one that can communicate easily, they were looking for ways to keep her with the whole group

Madison reminds me of my little one, very observant. He and I watch your videos, love seeing your baby, and keep learning new signs for clothes (he remembered pants, shirt, and socks when I forgot!) and he likes to make up his own sign language. I've always wanted to learn ASL and used many signs when he was a baby cuz he took forever to talk and signing kept him from screaming and being frustrated. He also made up signs for things like trains and excavator when he was 2. Thanks for sharing your life with us!

That part made me laugh out loud and tear up " why should she knock? You can't hear!" " I'd feel the vibrations!" So funny. Also her knocking would have opened the door!

I think ASL should be required in schools. I wish it had been an option at mine. Would have been way more useful to me in my community with a school for the deaf than Spanish, which I've only ever used in Central America!
