Love this recipie... Was this exactly how your mum made it? Hers looked smooth so guessing she didn't do the gram flour coating step and fried the tortilla rolls? But shops usually do the gram flour coating i think as theirs look exactly like the one in this video..? 🎯Top tip for wrapping the kebabs: Warm up tortilla wraps in microwaves for few seconds or steam in oven by wrapping them up (keep flat) in tin foil (can do multiple wraps at same time). This will prevent the dry tortillas from cracking as they'll be steamed and soft making them easier to roll!

Ma sha Allah love sheesh kebab rolls.Samira try them with some onions so brown some onions in a pan and then when u put the sheesh kebab in add the onions it will taste more nice but u done a fantastic job ma sha Allah

You should add some grated cheese in the roll. Just sprinkle some in the wrap before rolling. Once fried it is delicious..nice and cheesy with the spicey kebab flavour. Dammm
