I got the BE800 TP Link on a good sale. $389 and it’s really fast. I only had one issue where the 5ghz band just wouldn’t work at all. After I fixed that, it’s been good so far. Still in return period to put to test.

I am getting 1.5Gbps over my FREE Wi-Fi 6 router from ISP ....... all around the house . I got also over 20 to 30 different devices connected at the sometime.

Have just received a pair of Xiaomi be3600, also supporting WiFi 7. Having 300 mbs in whole house, cost me 30 USD each. Unfortunately can't test now with bigger speed, but saw review for almost gb over WiFi

I have the same routers/ access points now, I caught a great sale at Amazon a month ago. Make sure you turn on MLO it allows you to use two bands at the same time, but you have to use wired back haul to enable it, I do believe. I'm itching to upgrade my fiber to 2.5 as well. Great video

I did play with MLO but will need to look more into it. I'm still waiting for my ISP to get back to me. 2.5 I definitely overkill for us but I want to give it a try.

@TechWithBrett oh ok, yeah my ISP has a $500 install cost for multi gig (2.5 and up) then just $145 a month. They consider it a business drop, independent connection with upgraded media converter and managed router.

Depends on the issue, if you have an old router that doesn't reach places in your home, it can help with range and sustaining the best speeds over distance. It can also help if you have local wired devices with 2.5G network interfaces (like gaming computers or higher end NAS devices). But generally, no, it won't make a huge difference if you have crappy internet

Hey Brett, great video! Question, I have the BE95 and my setup is very similar. Did you ever wire backhaul the satellites? If so, did you connect directly to the main mesh unit or to your switch?

fast wifi is OK , But it depends on the servers you use to see the real speed . And international connections are not that fast all the time

Speed I think about budget. U pay internet $15 a month then u want speed up, even u buy expensive mesh wifi will be same. Dont believe on speed test app lol. If u pay internet over $200 amont speed will be go faster even do not use mesh wifi. 😂😂😂.

I have house with 6 ubiquity unify 6 aps, almost same price but wifi performing waaaaaaay better, with multiple ssids, total monitoring and control, tplink bullshit is not even close to professional aps. Why one would spend 700€ to have chinese tplink crap??🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
