Oh my goodness I’m so excited for you! you look stunning! This is a gorgeous hand tied wig and I have it in the same color and I absolutely love it! I’ve had it for a little over a year and I even cut 2 inches off the bottom just because I feel like my longer weeks are just too long anymore for me particularly and it looks so good cut as well. This has to be one of the most comfortable wigs ever!

I have a Courtney - I had all the same "new wig" challenges with this as Jill shows ;-) It succumbed to me eventually. It really is pretty. My main concern with this wig is the end fibres. I have worn it less than 15 times, have only worn it out of the house once (mostly doing video calls), I comb and spray it before and after I wear it, I have only washed it twice....and yet... the ends are so dry and stiff I feel like cutting them off. I probably have to steam it - but super surprised it went bad so quickly.

Jill, I love it. I do have quite a few Jon Renau hand tied caps and like them for the reasons you state. My favorite is Karlie. I had not considered Courtney because of the length, but having purchased and liked Spotlight, I am now emboldened to try Courtney and have put her at the top of my current list. I have quite a few wigs in Palm Springs blonde and love them but I will probably see what is available in a brunette. I am so glad you posted the link to the hot air brush because mine is the Revlon, which I think is metal and would not work for wigs. Wonderful review. This looks natural and yet glamorous on you. 💖👩🏻

Hi Liz! Your reasoning makes perfect sense. ;) I do wish this were an HD fiber (oye)...the shine needs dealt with, but perhaps a brunette shade will not be so shiny? If/When you get this one, please send me a pic....would love to see what color you go with, and what it looks like on Courtney! (and you!) haha!

@@LizLyonsPhD Aww...thank you! This is my dream house for sure....just wish it were in a different area , BUT the area it IS in is the reason we could afford it. There is the trade-off! ;) We no longer live in Olympia...me moved to get a bit closer to my husband's work...hence the move to this house. It's quite close to the freeway....so, that is nice for him. I am not so fond of being in this area, and my son and I really miss Olympia, ;)

It looks beautiful on you! I purchased mine from Wigs by Patti’s Pearls & even after paying for customization, it was too big on me. The lace never laid flat. I ended up turning it into a topper eventually but it’s my least favorite of all the pieces I’ve purchased over the years.

Hi Traci! The reason I don't do it on camera is because I am afraid it will ruin my equipment. ;) It's very easy...you can either use it before it's on. your head, or while it is on. Go light...check to see how it's doing, and if need keep applying.

I love your posts. So kind of you to share your info. & experiences. If you were to purchase a human hair wig, which brand has the prettiest lace front? Anyone here, love your advice! Toying w/ the idea. Looking & Jon Renau & Raquel mostly. Not as much wiggle room in human hair pricing. I want it to be perfect! Hehe

Hi there! Hmm.....I would hate to advise for fear your wants/likes would be different. BUT with that said....I have ZERO experience with human hair wigs! ;). Jon Renau and Raquel Welch are my favorite wig designers...but, have only tried their synthetic varieties. ;)

Hi Jen, you can use heat on the heat friendly synthetic fibers (this style is not however) but the HF fibers need to be babied for sure… they break down quickly if they aren’t. 😉

This looks great on you..JILL. I grow my dark brown colour out and I am so shocked at my colour it isn't the gray I thought it would BE.... its. EXACTLY THE SAME AS PALMS SPRINGS BLONDE I'M SO SHOCKED.... I HAVE NOW A TOPPER ..IN THAT COLOUR . I HAVE A FULL HEAD OF HAIR BUT I LIKE THAT EXTRA VOLUME... AND WEAR WIGS FOR FUN.... I COULD NOT DO THE LONG WIGS NOW THOUGH ALL THAT HAIR WOULD DRIVE ME MAD... I have a question. I find if I put my wigs as far back on my forehead as you have it slips. I also have problems with it riding up in the back. Any ideas how to stop it?

Try using a wig grip, or some It Stays body adhesive (I have to do one of those) or they would do the same for me!

If you are average / petite...I think so! A true petite though it still may be a bit large?? It is so hard to say!

Dear Jill, I'm a nurse and I often wear my hair in a messy bun to get it out of the way. Could you show a messy bun with one of the longer wigs like the one you've shown here? I have hair loss in the front of my hear (receding), but I have hair everywhere else.

Oh I totally agree, Jill looks at least 10 years younger with the weight loss. She is a pretty woman anyway and the weight loss simply adds to her attractiveness. I'm kinda new to her sight so I went from an older video to a new one and notice the weight loss right away. Love her reviews and kindness.
