I think this one is much closer to the real Finnish accent. The previous one (from Jenni) had a mix of US accent in there.

What she was saying about the meaning of a native language with little value outside of her homeland, and how a second language could never mean the same to you as your mother tongue really stuck a chord of tragic beauty for me.

Funny you mentioned. I’ve just found out from few archeologists that there is actually hidden truth about actually the world history. That almost everything is lie or at least twisted and not told how things are. Like what civilizations have been what and when, all lies.. so basically what ever is told about history of whatever country think the very opposite is more near the truth. If history books teach your country was nothing thousands years ago then probably the truth is somewhat opposite, it probably was huge powerful kingdom etc.. so anyway I know it sounds crazy, but just had to say that because your heart already noticed something true, Finnish people are the original people of Europe. Mighty kingdom it was, not even most of our own people know this. Yet. But truth is coming out.
@ServalShots
@ServalShots 2 жыл бұрын
@@tiinaikonen6353 There is definitely a history that isn't being taught. There is something to this. I believe there was a large civilization or civilizations that existed 13,000 years ago and that they were all connected just like we are through something like the internet. However they were more advanced then we are and I think more at peace then we are However a cataclysmic event occurred that wiped out this ancient civilization and I believe that is the Younger Dryas event. In the aftermath I think people tried to remember what once was and they created religion as a means of preserving the truth over the thousands of years. But it's like a game of telephone..over time the original meaning of what they tried to remember was lost and a story was told.. You might be right that the Finnish people were probably some ancient original european country that existed in the pre younger dryas civilization(s). And as you said the truth is coming out slowly indeed.

@@ServalShots I think I’ve heard this too, or other option is that I just recognize the truth in your telling. What is this earth even, do we have a clue. And what are we, what is human being. I feel we gonna know soon, or at least many will.
@ServalShots
@ServalShots 2 жыл бұрын
@@tiinaikonen6353 I think ufos are actually remnants of this ancient civilization. Maybe not all were wiped out. or its the governments testing their technology. I don't think it's insane to think that such a civilization could have existed. Ours came about after only 8000 years..thats not that long. modern humans came into existence 200,000 years ago roughly. so is it really that crazy to think those humans could have done the same and made a civilization in a short amount of time? nope They had 187,000 years to make a civilization before the younger dryas event which is plenty of time compared to ours. so with this said, it will become apparent very soon thanks to those like brian foster and jimmy from bright insight that our history and what it means to be human will change drastically in the coming years!

Well, I'd imagine Finnish specifically wouldn't be much use unless it was something like what Norwegian is to Swedish and Danish. Kind of like how both English and German are Germanic but if I was in Germany there would be no way I'd be able to speak with anyone unless they spoke English lol

She has a fairly typical Turku accent/dialect (Turun murre) which is why her speech sounds kinda 'lazy' to my ears as someone who mostly speaks a Northern-Ostrobothnia/Oulu dialect

@@Scrotonious She doesn't have a particularly strong Turku accent, to me this sounds like very typical southern Finland spoken language. She told she was born in Turku but has lived in Helsinki before moving abroad. Funny to hear it sounds 'lazy' to you as to me it sounds just efficient and naturally flowing. Oulu dialect instead sounds very slow, easygoing and a little humorous to me :)
