I am not so quick to push ETH out the door but if the change has to be made (if decided by the club regardless if i / we agree or not) and Amorim if may not be going to Liverpool (unless its just posturing on both sides) he's the one we should be going for. He broke up the Benfica / Porto title dominance , plays good football , he's tactically adaptable and flexible , he plays a progressive version of a back 3 , supposedly very good man-manager and very innovative with his use of sports science. Tuchel to me , very wary of , his man-management is abysmal , fallen out with players and club hierarchies at his last 4 clubs and sacked from his last 3. He's basically a btec Jose if even that. Might be good for a very short time but Tuchel will fall out with everyone , become a toxic situation and the results fall apart (as happened at his last 3 clubs). His personality and approach wouldn't want anywhere near Kobbie , Garnacho , Rasmus either and all the incredible young talent on the cusp of breaking in from the academy.

I believe there's an agenda against Ten Hag. Some sections of the Press and also Pundits want him sacked. He's definitely made mistakes BUT in my personal opinion the players are the major problem. Some of these reports that this manager or that manager wouldn't work with this squad is lazy and concerning. The squad needs a total overhaul and if the club decide to make a change have to bring in players to suit the new gaffer they bring (if it comes to that). The squad has to be gutted , unless be it ETH or a new gaffer is supposed to only expect a Europa scrap with a toxic suspect spineless group / squad. The squad needs wholesale changes for ETH or a new gaffer , and if its a back 3 like Amorim or Naglesmann (sadly neither look likely) would play you build a squad capable of that. Both play progressive versions of back 3s anyway. This squad is getting away with murder in the media and needs to be gutted , the focus is all on ETH (of course he deserves some) but the players are basically getting away with it even though they are imo the biggest issue & culprits.
