Friendly tip nitno, holding r will reload guns without having to drag bullets on the gun. Helps to know in a pinch when you need to reload your gun quickly

I have been playing DayZ for years and didn't know this until fairly recently. It also works with loading magazines. The only reason you may want to manually drag bullets onto the mag is to avoid auto loading tracer rounds. Same applies to chambering a gun without a magazine.
